  I dont normally write reviews but i wanted to share my fantastic experience with others. I initially instructed an online Estate Agent to sell my property, but after several weeks of frustration with the online service i appointed Paul Wallace. I'm glad a paid the extra few pounds as the personal service they provided really was good value for money and took the stress away from me so i could concentrate on my job and let the guys at Paul Wallace do what they excell in. My property sold for higher than expected and went through really smoothly, a few issues popped up with the chain and Joe went above and beyond to troubleshoot and resolve the issues, keeping me fully updated throughout.
  
  I will be going out of my way to tell people to instruct these guys as I couldn't be happier!
